2023 - 2024 Sponsorship Agreement

This sponsorship agreement is for the 9/2023- 8/2024 season. Sponsorship of a team in the GoWags Teams, Inc. aids in a higher purpose to promote a growth mindset, teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, accountability, and effort, so that our players grow into strong, productive members of their communities.

Sponsorship of a GoWags team does not permit the sponsor to have rights or responsibilities in the operation of the organization or any team in the organization. The sponsor and the GoWags Teams, Inc. are independent, and do not have authority to represent or bind one another.

The sponsor shall have the right to use the following team in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: “Sponsor of  ________________(team) for GoWags Teams, Inc.” Any reference to the sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the Sponsorship is with a team or teams in the GoWags Teams, Inc organization only. Use of the “GoWags” logo is prohibited, unless expressly granted permission in writing by the GoWags Teams, Inc. Board of Directors.

To qualify for a charitable donation no goods or services have been provided for this donation. GoWags Teams, Inc. is not qualified to provide any tax or legal advice. For specific inquiries regarding the deductibility of your donation, please consult with your professional tax advisor.
